Shipping Policy

Orders ship to Canada exclusively.
 
After checking out your shopping cart, we will choose the most logical delivery method for you based on the shipping address you provide. When placing your order, the system does not allow you to select your carrier of choice. Most orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days from the time your order is confirmed.

Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days from their date that your order is first shipped. Delivery depends on the location of the shipping address. Additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply to certain locations.

All shipments are insured to a standard value of $100.  The validity of insurance claims will be determined by Canada Post.  If you are placing and order valued over $100 and would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us before placing an order.  Exzell Pharma Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
